§  All of our staff are extensively trained in pet behavior so rest assured that all pets staying with us are well taken care of!

§  We offer over 6,200 square feet of non-aggressive environment with constant supervision for your pets to run around and have a great time!

§  We have no breed restrictions. All breeds are welcome in our facility.

§  An initial temperament evaluation is required, and all pets must pass before they can join our daycare and boarding services.

§  Reservations are required for boarding and there is a deposit required to secure a spot which is half the price of boarding price. The other half of the price will be paid upon drop-off of pet.

§  Pets that are boarding in must be dropped-off between 4:00PM-6:30PM and must be picked-up no later than 10:00AM the next day.

§  Pets must be picked-up at the time said to avoid additional fees. For every 15 minutes of being late, there will be a $5 dollar charge. Due to the high traffic of pets that stays with us, we want to make sure that there is enough room for each pet so please plan accordingly. This applies to both daycare and boarding services. NO EXCEPTIONS.

§  We require a 72-hour advance notice prior to your reservation for any changes. If owner wishes to cancel their reservation, we require a 24-hour advance notice in order to get a refund for the deposit. Late cancellation after the required timeframe is not acceptable, and deposit will be non-refundable.

§  All fees are due upon drop-off of pets. NO EXCEPTIONS.

§  All pets that are 6 months and older must be spayed or neutered. Due to the nature of our facility, we cannot allow pets that are in heat to be boarded as it could cause a potential risk to your pet’s safety and our staff safety.

§  All pets will have their own room or space to eat during feeding time if they are not used to eating with other pets so they can eat in peace and avoid a potential food aggression.

§  Owner understands and agrees that reasonable additional services may be needed for the care of owner’s pet(s) while in our care. The following additional services include but are not limited to bath if they are too dirty to go in their room, feeding, transporting to a veterinarian or animal hospital, and any other services related to keeping owner’s pet(s) healthy and safe. Owner understands and agrees that owner will be held full financial responsibility for all expenses if and when additional services are performed to pet(s).
